Customer that has applied, replaced or renew at branch will receive their cards immediately upon applied while if it is done in upcountry branches delivery will be a maximum of seven working days.

Customer can use their CRDB SimBanking to block their cards or can contact our call center or visit a CRDB bank branch near them for assistance.

The customer should visit a CRDB branch near them to fill out a chargeback form which will initiate the investigation into their complaint.

The Card Verification Value/Code (CVV/CVC) is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card. Customer will be required to enter it when transacting Online payment transactions.

To prevent an interruption in usage of your debit card when travelling it is advised that you call the telephone number on the back of your card or visit a branch to ensure your card limits suffice the transaction values you intend to participate in.
